Liquidity Issue - Monetization without Change of Ownership

NFTs have widely spread as the cultural and identity iconography of Web3, which becomes an ideal medium to draw tractions and display additional contents.

Meanwhile NFTs were previously monetized in the form of e-commerce, i.e. change of ownership. Yet the primitive form of buy&sell inflicted tremendous volatility and spinned into dealth spirals. A new means of monetization of NFTs without changing the ownership is urgently needed.

If NFTs can function as a medium to embed hyperlinks of additional contents, then it can be monetized as ad spaces up for rent, while the revenue can be distributed to its owner and audience. By doing so, we can solve the liquidity issue for the current NFT market.
